Eseoghene UMUKORO obtained her B.Sc (Hons) Chemistry from the Obafemi Awolowo University in 2007 and she is currently rounding off her M.Sc program in the same Department. Ms. Umukoro is a member of the Chemical Society of Nigeria, and joined the services of the Department of Chemistry, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, in 2012.

 Research Interest:

Her current research activity involves the kinetics, equilibrium and thermodynamics of the adsorption of heavy metals from wastewater using plaintain peel charcoal.
