Short Bio, Academic, and Research Activities:
I am a coordination/bioinorganic chemist, I obtained a Ph.D. in the field of Inorganic chemistry from the University of Ibadan in 2019. My research is in the area of synthesis of novel organic and metal -organic complexes which can be used to model and mimic coordination compounds in the body systems.
The complexes are further used and studied for their application as potentials as candidate for drug discovery as an anti microbial agents. Similarly, the synthesized compounds have been studied to discover their potentials as inhibitors of enzymes that have been found culpable in diseases such as diabetes, dementia and Alzheimer conditions.
